The Business Aircraft Scheduler Certificate Program is designed to follow a nine-week timeline in which participants will complete online modules and quizzes about key areas of aircraft scheduling.
In total, registrants will have a six-month window to complete the course.

Registration provides access to the following:
- All nine program modules in the NBAA learning management system (LMS), including quizzes
- Self-study reference materials
- Final program examination
This on-demand certificate program can be started at any time following the launch of the program.
NBAA recommends that participants only enroll in the course once they have the bandwidth to complete it.
Registrants who are unable to complete the program during their six-month subscription will have the option to extend their access for another six months. This extension will cost $275 for NBAA members and $350 for non-members. Learners have up to 90 days post-expiration to take advantage of this opportunity, to request an extension, please email scheduler-cert@nbaa.org.
