Providing a Foundation for Customer Service Excellence in Business Aviation

NBAA recognizes all great businesses have several common threads, one of those is outstanding customer service. Improving your client’s experience is one way to ensure a return customer and a healthy bottom line. NBAA, in partnership with ServiceElements International, has developed an assessment-based certificate program that will provide participants with an introductory to mid-level training on the elements of exemplary customer service.

The program will include self-paced learning modules covering the most important topics of customer service management. Participants that pass the final assessment will earn their Business Aviation Customer Service Certificate.
