Providing a Foundation for Customer Service Excellence in Business Aviation

NBAA recognizes all great businesses have several common threads – one of those is outstanding customer service. Improving your client’s experience is one way to ensure a return customer and a healthy bottom line. NBAA, in partnership with ServiceElements International, has developed an assessment-based certificate program that will provide participants with an introductory to mid-level training on the elements of exemplary customer service.

The program will include self-paced learning modules covering the most important topics of customer service management. Participants that pass the final assessment will earn their Business Aviation Customer Service Certificate.

Pre-registration is now available, with the course material available in January 2025. Anyone who registers for the program will receive program updates and invitations to interim content.
