The Business Aviation Customer Service Certificate Program is designed to allow participants to complete the program at their own pace. Each learning module ranges in time from 30 minutes to 1 hour, for a total of 8 hours of content.

Pre-registration is now available, with the course material available in January 2025. Anyone who registers for the program will receive program updates and invitations to interim content.

NBAA Member $1,100
Non-Member $1,400
Registrants who sign up for the program before January 2025 must complete the course by June 2025. Registrants who sign up after January 2025 must complete the course within six months of registration.

This certificate program is a customizable learning experience and participants can complete modules at their own pace at any time within their six-month window.

NBAA highly recommends participants only enroll in the course once they have the bandwidth to complete it.

Participants that are unable to complete the program during their six-month subscription will have the option to extend their access for another six months. That option will be available to participants for $275 for members and $350 for non-members.
