What is NBAA VBACE?

VBACE will be NBAA’s first-ever, completely immersive, online business aviation trade show. The two-day event is free for members to attend, and will incorporate many of the traditional elements of NBAA’s successful live events, including over 165 virtual 3D exhibit booths, two keynotes, press conferences, education sessions and more.


How do I register to attend VBACE?

Visit VBACE registration to register.

NBAA members may log in with their NBAA website credentials to register to attend VBACE for free.

The non-member registration price is $195.


Now that I’m registered, what can I expect?

After you register, you will receive an email from Simulocity, the best-in-class virtual event platform that will host VBACE. This email will include a link to set your Simulocity password and create your VBACE profile.

Full attendee access to VBACE exhibits, education sessions, and news will begin on Dec. 2.

I can’t find my email to access VBACE, what do I do?

Reset your Simulocity password using the email address you used during the registration process to generate an email verification message to access VBACE.


I have an exhibitor guest registration code, where do I enter it?

You will enter your exhibitor code at the top of the “Attendee Information” page, where it says “Enter Exhibitor Code” on Step 2 of the registration process (after the membership offer).


How do I get the exhibitor guest registration code?

You must be invited by a VBACE exhibitor in order to receive the exhibitor guest code, which will give you the exhibitor discount.


What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to Nov. 27, 2020 to registration@nbaa.org. There will be no refunds after Nov. 27.

I’m unable to log in, who do I contact?

If you’re unable to log in, email support@simexpo.com.


I was unable to attend a session. Can I go back and view it later?

All education sessions will be recorded and available through Dec. 31. These recordings will include the Q&A hosted by session presenters.


Do any education sessions offer CAM credit?

Education at VBACE is not eligible for CAM credit.


How can I locate an exhibitor?

Exhibitors can be found using the Search function at the top of the platform, and are listed alphabetically in the Exhibitor Directory. Exhibitors can also be found in the Expo Halls, which are organized by business category.


I’m a Professional Member and should have access to the exclusive Professional Member events, how do I access those?

Exclusive links to Professional member events, including login information, will be sent via email prior to the day of the event. Please do not share your unique login link with anyone or you may not be able to gain access. If you did not receive access information, please send an email to membership@nbaa.org or call us at 1-866-363-4650.


How do I talk to someone at NBAA at VBACE?

You can locate NBAA staff at the NBAA virtual booth, and initiate a chat with one of our membership representatives. If they are unable to answer your questions, they can connect you with the appropriate team member to address your needs.

How do I talk to someone at Simulocity for platform help?

For help logging into the platform, email support@simexpo.com.

While in the platform if you need technical support, click on the information icon in the top right-hand corner and choose Tech Support. Use this page to submit a ticket for help and a member of the Simulocity team will be right with you.


How do I find other attendees that are online?

Attendees in the platform can be found by searching by name in the Chat window located in the lower right-hand corner.


When will I be able to get access to the content? For how long will I be able to access the content?

Full attendee access to VBACE will begin at 9 a.m. EST on Wednesday, Dec. 2.

Session content will be available 24 hours after the broadcast concludes and will be available on the VBACE platform through Dec. 31, 2020.

Access to VBACE exhibits will be available through Dec. 31, 2020.


What will I experience in exhibitor booths?

Once you click on an exhibitor’s booth, you will be shown a quick overview of the booth areas, pointing out content along the way.

After the overview, you will be able to navigate the booth and click on the booth’s content which will bring up additional information, including website links, videos and images.

In the upper left corner of the booth is a menu that allows you to access additional booth resources including the following:

  • Contact forms and exhibitor business cards
  • Additional products and downloads
  • Exhibitor website and social media accounts
  • Giveaways
  • Chat feature to interact directly with exhibitor’s staff

To get the most out of your VBACE experience, we encourage you to interact with the exhibits through these numerous channels.


How can I download content?

Content that can be downloaded will be denoted with a downward-facing arrow icon.

Click on this icon to open content in a new window or download. Content can also be saved into your virtual backpack for review at a later time. Save anything – documents, business cards, videos, even whole booths – by clicking on the backpack icon.
