What is the NBAA Go Flight Operations Conference?
The NBAA Go Flight Operations Conference will be a completely immersive, and interactive three-day event combining the best of the annual Schedulers & Dispatchers and International Operators Conferences.
How do I register to attend the Flight Operations Conference?
NBAA members may log in with their NBAA website credentials to register to attend the Flight Operations Conference for $1,095.
The non-member registration price is $1,395.
Now that I’m registered, what can I expect?
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email from Simulocity, the best-in-class virtual event platform that will host the Flight Operations Conference. This email will include a link to either set your Simulocity password and create your profile or to login using your credentials you created as a registered VBACE attendee.
Full attendee access to the Flight Operations Conference exhibits, education sessions, and news will begin at 10 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
I can’t find my confirmation email from Simulocity to access the Flight Operations Conference, what do I do?
Reset your Simulocity password using the email address you used during the registration process to generate an email verification message to access the Flight Operations Conference.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to Feb. 19, 2021 to email@example.com. There will be no refunds after Feb. 19.
I’m unable to log in, who do I contact?
If you’re unable to log in, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I was unable to attend a session. Can I go back and view it later?
Yes! All education sessions will be recorded and available through March 25. These recordings will include the Q&A hosted by session presenters.
Do any education sessions offer CAM credit?
Almost all NBAA GO Flight Operations Conference sessions are eligible for CAM credit.
CAM credit sessions are identified in the full program schedule.
The session description will include the CAM point value as well as the relevant domain for the session content.
How can I locate an exhibitor?
Exhibitors can be found using the Search function at the top right of the platform, and are listed alphabetically in the Exhibitor Directory.
Exhibitors can also be found in the Expo Halls, which are organized by business category.
I’m a Professional Member and should have access to the exclusive Professional Member happy hour and magic show, how do I access it?
An exclusive link will be sent to Professional members via email prior to the day of the event. Please do not share your unique login link with anyone or you may not be able to gain access. If you did not receive access information, please send an email to email@example.com or call us at 1-866-363-4650.
How do I talk to someone at NBAA?
Starting at 9 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Feb. 23, you can locate NBAA staff at the NBAA virtual booth, and initiate a chat with one of our membership representatives. If they are unable to answer your questions, they can connect you with the appropriate team member to address your needs.
How do I find other attendees that are online?
Attendees in the platform can be found by searching by name in the Chat window located in the lower right-hand corner.
When will I be able to get access to the content? For how long will I be able to access the content?
Full attendee access to NBAA GO Flight Operations content will begin at 10 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
Session content will be available 24 hours after the broadcast concludes and will be available on the NBAA Go Flight Operations platform through March 25, 2021.
Access to NBAA Go Flight Operations exhibits will be available through March 25, 2021.
What will I experience in exhibitor booths?
Once you click on an exhibitor’s booth, you will be shown a quick overview of the booth areas, pointing out content along the way.
After the overview, you will be able to navigate the booth using the navigation arrows at the bottom of the screen. As you move from area to area, you can click on booth content, which will bring up additional information, including website links, videos and images.
In the upper left corner of the booth is the hamburger menu, which allows you to access additional booth resources including the following:
- Contact forms and exhibitor business cards
- Additional products and downloads
- Exhibitor website and social media accounts
- Chat feature to interact directly with exhibitor’s staff
To get the most out of your NBAA GO Flight Operations experience, you should interact with the exhibits through these numerous channels.
How can I download content?
Content that can be downloaded will be denoted with a downward-facing arrow icon.
Click on this icon to open content in a new window or download. Content can also be saved into your virtual backpack for review at a later time. Save anything – documents, business cards, videos, even whole booths – by clicking on the backpack icon.
