What is the NBAA Go Leadership Summit?

The NBAA GO Leadership Summit will be a completely immersive and interactive two-day featuring a full schedule of professional speakers and opportunities for attendees, speakers and sponsors to connect and engage with one another.


How do I register to attend the Leadership Summit?

Visit Leadership Summit registration to register.

NBAA members may log in with their NBAA website credentials to register to attend the Leadership Summit for $1,095.

The non-member registration price is $1,395.


Now that I’m registered, what can I expect?

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email from Simulocity, the best-in-class virtual event platform that will host the Leadership Summit. This email will include a link to either set your Simulocity password and create your profile or to login using your credentials you created as a registered Leadership Summit attendee.

Full attendee access to the Leadership Summit sponsor tables, education sessions, and news will begin on March 24.

I can’t find my confirmation email from Simulocity to access the Leadership Summit, what do I do?

Reset your Simulocity password using the email address you used during the registration process to generate an email verification message to access the Leadership Summit.


What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to March 19, 2021 to registration@nbaa.org. There will be no refunds after March 19.


I’m unable to log in, who do I contact?

If you’re unable to log in, email nbaa-support@simexpo.com.


I was unable to attend a session. Can I go back and view it later?

Yes! All keynote sessions, microsessions and bonus content sessions will be available through April 24.


Do any education sessions offer CAM credit?

Almost all of NBAA GO Leadership Summit sessions are eligible for CAM credit.

CAM credit sessions are identified in the full program schedule.

The session description will include the CAM point value as well as the relevant domain for the session content.


How do I talk to someone at NBAA?

How do I talk to someone at Simulocity for platform help?

For help logging into the platform, email nbaa-support@simexpo.com.

For help within the platform, visit the NBAA GO Simulocity Support Center. While in the platform, you can navigate to the support center by clicking on the information icon in the top right-hand corner and choosing Tech Support. Use this page to submit a ticket for help and a member of the Simulocity team will be right with you.


How do I find other attendees that are online?

Attendees in the platform can be found by searching by name in the Chat window located in the lower right-hand corner.


When will I be able to get access to the content? For how long will I be able to access the content?

Full attendee access to NBAA GO Leadership Summit content will begin at 9 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, March 24 .

Session content will be available 24 hours after the broadcast concludes and will be available on the NBAA Go Leadership Summit platform through April 24, 2021.


What will I experience in sponsor tables?

Once you click on a sponsor’s tile, you will be shown a quick overview of what content they have provided.

After the overview, you will be able to navigate using the arrows at the bottom of the screen. As you move from area to area, you can click on sponsor content, which will bring up additional information, including website links, videos and images.

In the upper left corner of the page is the hamburger menu, which allows you to access additional sponsor resources including the following:

  • Contact forms and sponsor business cards
  • Additional products and downloads
  • Sponsor website and social media accounts
  • Giveaways
  • Chat feature to interact directly with sponsor’s representatives

To get the most out of your NBAA GO Leadership Summit experience, you should interact with the sponsors through these numerous channels.


How can I download content?

Content that can be downloaded will be denoted with a downward-facing arrow icon.

Click on this icon to open content in a new window or download. Content can also be saved into your virtual backpack for review at a later time. Save anything – documents, business cards, videos, even whole sponsor tables – by clicking on the backpack icon.


What is Community Connect?

These areas of the platform allow you to connect with like-minded attendees and leaders participating in the NBAA GO Leadership Summit, and give you the opportunity to take a deeper dive into a variety of topics by way of on-demand microsssions, forum discussions, live chatting, downloadable resources and more.

What is the cohort program and how can I participate?

The Leadership Summit Cohort Program will match you with your peers in small groups of approximately 10 people who have varying perspectives and experiences regarding leadership. Within these groups, you will have the opportunity to reflect on session content through group discussions that will be facilitated by members of the NBAA Business Aviation Management Committee and YoPro Council, as well as networking opportunities within your diverse micro-community.
