Do you miss in-person learning? So do we. However, knowing it is not always feasible to attend live training events, ServiceElements has designed this On Demand PDP course using fun and interactive techniques, as well as guest appearances from people in the business aviation industry to get participants to think differently about teams and how they work. It introduces new motivational concepts that can enhance your teamwork such as finding talent through a strength-based philosophy, diversity, mutualism and inclusiveness. Project management – which requires teamwork to be effective – will be used as the application example. This course is great for anyone on a team. Participants will gain insights into their own strengths and learn new techniques and activities to take back to their business and general aviation team(s).
About the Presenters
Lisa Archambeau is Vice President, Facilitator and Strategist for ServiceElements International, Inc. Lisa’s multidimensional career history in the business aviation industry spans over thirty years, and includes such experience as Apprentice Aviation Mechanic, Scheduler for FlightSafety International, where she later became Program Manager and Facilitator for Service Excellence Training, Director of Outside Sales for FirstFlight Aircraft Management and Charter, and Business Development Manager and New Hire Sales Trainer for Universal Weather & Aviation from 2010-2020. Lisa is a Certified Flight Instructor who has put her passion for educating, coaching, and creating adult experiential learning programs to effective use at ServiceElements for three and a half (non-consecutive) years. In her current role, Lisa is also responsible for marketing and business development, strategic planning, and client relations.
Bob Hobbi is President and CEO of ServiceElements, and has over 35 years’ experience in the aerospace, business, and general aviation industries. Bob held various executive positions at FlightSafety International, served as Director of the Aerospace Academy at Honeywell, and Vice President and General Manager for all business aviation activities at MedAire.
He has held executive positions on several boards including the Arizona Business Aviation Association, the NBAA Business Aviation Management Committee, and the Scottsdale Airport Commission. He is also the co-author of Building a Service Cultureand is a frequent keynote speaker at business aviation industry events.
In 2003, Bob launched ServiceElements International Inc. to develop people and solve challenges in the business and general aviation industry including topics such as Service Culture, Leadership, Teamwork, Communications, Human Factors and Organizational Development.

Successful participants will receive a PDP certificate upon course completion and may earn three credits towards a Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) application or two credits toward CAM recertification.
