In coordination with NBAA Charities, the scholarship supports students interested in pursuing a career in business aviation who are currently enrolled in programs to achieve this goal.

Scholarship applicants must provide a 500- to 1,000-word essay that describes how their leadership skills in their aviation studies embody one or more of NBAA’s Core Values:

  • Caring for Each Other
  • Leading from Any Seat
  • Delivering Excellence
  • Promoting Community

Essays will be evaluated by NBAA’s Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC).

Applicants must also provide a resume that highlights education and professional experience, as well as volunteer work or extracurricular activities that showcase their leadership skills.

Two letters of recommendation and transcript are also required.
