NBAA’s first ever Virtual Career Fair will use a simple platform to connect employers and job seekers in real time from the comfort of their homes – at no cost.Attendees will be able to set up a profile, upload their resume, link to their LinkedIn page and indicate the job preferences. On the day of the event, job seekers can browse the employers in attendance and make appointments to chat.
Employers will be able to set up a customized exhibit booth to showcase the opportunities they have available as well as browse the job seekers in attendance and make appointments to chat with those who seem like a good fit. After the event, employers will also get access to a database with profiles and resumes of all registered candidates.
