Observing that corporate flight attendant careers can sometimes be isolating, she launched Flightess to bring industry peers together to sharpen onboard culinary and VIP hospitality skills while building camaraderie. “It’s always rewarding to hear people mention that something they learned on Flightess resonated with their guests,” she said. Gibson also recently launched the Flightess Mentorship Program, in which she hand-selects a new group of students each month to mentor and help elevate their skills through a thorough and rigorous online course.
