By age 23, Kim Kissh has racked up an impressive collection of aviation milestones: earning second in command on a TBM-930, being promoted to Director of Safety, and most recently, hitting 800 flight hours (including more than a few with her fluffy black lab Captain).

She brings that same relentless focus and drive to her volunteer roles as Membership Coordinator for Women in Corporate Aviation and as an Ambassador for One Plane Jane. Giving back to her community goes hand-in-hand with taking on more work responsibilities for Kissh, who says, “I’ve learned that getting involved in things bigger than yourself is ultimately what makes you happy.”
