Pamela Province likes being on the other side of the radio. Adept at making quick decisions and guided by a philosophy of “keep things moving forward,” she’s the voice pilots want to hear when they need answers. “Besides, their desk is moving at 300 knots and mine isn’t,” she laughs.

Province created her own answers on the journey from front desk to licensed dispatcher, identifying her career goals and utilizing NBAA scholarships to achieve them. For the young people she mentors through Young Eagles, she advises, “Anything you’re passionate about, you can find a role within aviation to do it.”
