Peter Stodolski remembers realizing how much he still had to learn. After finishing A&P school, he used an NBAA TRACS Scholarship to attend a Global Express maintenance initial in Montreal. “I didn’t know which way was up,” he remembers. “It was eye-opening but so informative to see how these pros worked and communicated.”

Stodolski hasn’t stopped learning since – a life pursuit exemplified by his seventh FlightSafety Master Technician Awards. He’s also passionate about sharing knowledge by mentoring aspiring technicians and serving on NBAA’s Maintenance Committee and the Dassault Falcon Operators Advisory Board Working Group Member for Completion Innovations & Improvements. “It’s been a dream career so far,” he said.
