Connect on LinkedInA flight with a friend in his senior year of high school triggered a love for aviation in Austin Stephens. A college internship with Learjet clinched his desire for a career in business aviation. A position with Textron’s brand ambassador program led to a gig flying country music’s Dierks Bentley and now as a Captain at TriFly LLC.
“I love the community aspect of business aviation,” said Stephens. “The people you interact with in business aviation tend to hold themselves to a higher level of professionalism, airmanship and safety.”
He also appreciates the industry’s commitment to giving back to the community, whether through humanitarian flights or simply using fuel points for charity opportunities, including The Angel Tree or Toys for Tots.
