His work has been recognized through several awards, including the Civil Air Patrol’s Meritorious Service Award, the FAA’s Regional Administrator Award and the Professional Manager of the Year Award – America Public Works Administration.
“My passion is, and always has been, aviation. It truly is rewarding to see family, friends, businesses and the things we want, all being connected by air to where it needs to be in a safe and efficient manner. I can’t imagine being part of any other industry,” said Sussey.
