Connect on LinkedInUntil recently, Katherine Bales was the Airport Superintendent for the City of Visalia, where she had dual responsibilities with Airport Operations and managing the city run FBO. Getting to work within several aspects of aviation everyday helped her understand the symbiotic relationships needed between aviation businesses and airport sponsors.
“Aviation is constantly evolving and it is exciting to be an active part of it,” said Bales. Having moved to Napa County Airport in February 2021, she looks forward to creating private and County development that will shape the airport and surrounding community for years to come. She also participates in local career days, inspiring young people to consider careers in aviation.
