International Captain – G600, The Coca-Cola Company
Representation and outreach have been the bedrock of Kellie Young’s career. She discovered that business aviation existed at the same time she learned that aviation was a tangible career for someone who looked like her. At summer camp one year, Young participated in a tour of The Coca-Cola Company aviation department’s hangar. The tour was guided by a female pilot who became her first mentor.
“That was the moment I decided not only was it my dream to become an international captain for The Coca-Cola Company, but also that this dream was a possibility because I had now seen it,” said Young, who says it’s not only her responsibility, but also a privilege to mentor other young people.
