Lee Rafalko’s interest in aviation was sparked by a video game, but his career began on the ground at his local airport. “Popular media gave me an exaggerated impression of business aviation,” said Rafalko, “but meeting the people in my community who were flying and managing business aircraft helped me see it in a new light.” Along the way, people were willing to give their time to teach him and help him succeed.
“I believe that the unique camaraderie in our field is one of the keys to sustaining business aviation and I am always looking for new ways to give back,” said Rafalko.
