Natasha Gardner worked at a bookstore when a co-worker suggested she apply for an admin/dispatch job for a local flight school. From there, Gardner fell in love with aviation and moved progressively higher to admin and accounts payable for Chevron’s flight department, and eventually become a Cabin Attendant at Visa.

“I still pinch myself all the time,” said Gardner. “The group of people I work with are incredible and I enjoy what I do. It doesn’t feel like work.”

Despite her busy work schedule, Gardner finds volunteer work “grounding and eye-opening”, serving as a mentor to at-risk youth in the Bay and East Bay Area for more than 14 years.
