Nate Dietsch was introduced to business aviation, ironically, as a mechanic and then later as a flight engineer in the United States Marine Corps, where he was selected to work on Gulfstream aircraft used to transport USMC leadership. Once he got a taste of business aviation, he was hooked, and the dynamic nature of the industry keeps him motivated and inspired.

“Some segments of aviation are very stagnant, but not ours. Business aviation is the part of the industry that drives change, especially through new and innovative technology,” said Dietsch. “New technology means renewed excitement and new challenges.”

Dietsch actively supports diversity in aviation through the Organization for Black Aerospace Professionals, Women in Aviation and the National Gay Pilots Association.
