His father got a job as a customer service representative at a major FBO, opening the door for Agosta to get a line service tech position there after high school. That job showed him other opportunities in business aviation, including aircraft maintenance, and he obtained an A&P certificate and a private pilot certificate, later becoming Crew Lead and Service Manager. Now he’s the HondaJet Maintenance Manager at Banyan Air Service.
“I find it so rewarding to give back to my fellow teammates that are technicians by guiding them, teaching them and molding them into being great A&P techs,” said Agosta.
