Connect on LinkedInBarry Lambert was introduced to business aviation as child by a family friend who sold aircraft, whose son would bring aircraft sales magazines to school. Lambert and his friend flipped through those magazines and dreamed of selling aircraft one day. Sixteen years later, Lambert and his childhood friend sold a Hawker 800A together.
“Being a leader, building relationships and making an impact on an individual level and for our industry has been extremely rewarding,” said Lambert. “From August 2020 to today, I have had the benefit of recruiting, hiring and developing nine individuals in their early to mid-twenties. We have also initiated and developed internships with local colleges. All this has allowed me to be a guide for our industry while investing in the next generation.”
