For Emily White, a career in aviation was a total fluke. When she graduated in 2008 with a degree in psychology, she didn’t really know business aviation existed. Two weeks into a job as a flight follower, she knew this industry is where she belongs. She’s also realized her education in psychology is an asset to her current work in aviation, helping her understand better how people learn and work effectively.

“I love building a product that is seamless to the end user,” White said. “To do that, it helps to know each part of the industry. You need to know how different areas of a company fit together.”
