Executive Director of Quality, Constant Aviation
Connect on LinkedInJonathon Rudy participated in an engineering program in high school before attending the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. While he started at what is now Constant Aviation as a third-shift technician assigned to airline maintenance, he later had an opportunity to transfer to business aviation and advanced to be the Executive Director of Quality and the Accountable Manager of all of Constant Aviation’s repair stations.
“I like finding solutions to tough problems,” Rudy said. “Business aviation isn’t just a career – it’s a community.”
He tells young people considering a career in aviation that business aviation allows a person to become involved with so many different pieces of the aviation industry that they can take their career in any direction.
