However, he applied for a design engineer role at F/LIST, which he says began humbly, building cabinets, making and repairing galleys and washrooms and running wires for avionics upgrades.
“Retrospectively, this was the best introduction I could have had to both the industry and F/LIST,” Müller said. “I got to know and learn from the talented team and became aware of the range of production processes. This familiarity with my colleagues and the systems helps me to find ways of optimizing our procedures and increasing our efficiencies, while simultaneously ensuring every employee has a voice.”
Müller is now a mentor to other up-and-coming talents, nurturing new colleagues in the organization.
