Beatrice Enckell Ashe’s career in business aviation began unexpectedly during track training near Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Her aptitude in finance led to an internship with Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), which quickly resulted in a full-time position. She spent eight years at Jet Aviation, first managing maintenance sales in Europe and later returning to the U.S. as sales director for the Aircraft Management Division. Following this, Ashe joined Dassault Falcon Jet as a sales manager and has recently been promoted to sales director in aircraft sales. She is dedicated to collaborating with aircraft owners and is committed to understanding and addressing their unique needs.

“It’s very rewarding to work with the end user of the aircraft,” she says. “Every customer has different needs and expectations, and I love getting to know those and figuring out how we can best meet them.”
