Grayson Sperry dreamed of pursuing aviation as a child. Thanks to a college scholarship and help from family, he obtained his flight ratings. After a short career in chemical engineering, his passion for aviation helped him take a leap of faith to start a small flight school. Humble beginnings grew into a larger business than originally envisioned. Today, his companies have grown to offer flight instruction, aircraft maintenance, aircraft management, charter operations and world class avionics installations.

“Business aviation is a fast-paced environment with new challenges daily,” says Sperry. “I thoroughly enjoy troubleshooting complex maintenance issues, developing new lines of business and solving difficult problems. I’ve met people and mentors along the way that left a lasting impression on my life. That interaction makes aviation very special. It’s such a small community.”
