The moment she experienced business aviation, she was captivated. After several years of relentless hustle and hard work, she received a call from a flight department based in her hometown and was offered the position. Now, a decade later, Schroeder is the lead flight attendant on the same account.
“Business aviation is a close-knit industry, yet it offers a unique opportunity to truly be yourself and embrace authenticity,” says Schroeder. “I firmly believe that there’s a perfect role for everyone. You may not find the right fit in one position, but that doesn’t mean another opportunity isn’t waiting for you. I am so excited to be mentoring other corporate flight attendants and launching a retreat this fall to give back to my community!”
