Connect on LinkedInJoe McDevitt’s father was an airline pilot, so Joe was exposed to aviation early in life. Attending A&P school directly after high school, he first worked as a technician for a flight school and then with a defense contractor. At the Blank Family of Businesses, he has served in multiple roles, initially as a technician, then director of maintenance, and now as director of aviation, learning more and more about leadership along the way. To this position, he brings a broad understanding of the organization from budget to strategic planning and beyond. He also shares his time and experience with high school and college students interested in aviation careers.
