He transitioned to management positions in the helicopter EMS sector and then discovered the innovative world of unmanned systems. Now chief operating officer at Robotic Skies, specializing in maintenance solutions for UAS, Nattress is committed to giving back to the local community by participating in several workforce development initiatives, including the Utah Rotor Pathways Program which introduces high school students to rotorcraft career opportunities.
“Business aviation is a tight community and tends to be less competitive than other industries,” Nattress says. “This industry also advances technology instead of settling for the same old technology, with advanced air mobility on the cutting edge.”
