Initially an event planning coordinator at PNBAA, she was swiftly promoted to managing director. In 2022, she was recruited to become NorCalBAA’s executive director. In 2024, she joined the NBAA Local and Regional Group Committee, serving as the executive secretary in an all-female leadership team – a committee first.
“Business aviation is full of people who are engaged in the propulsion of the industry. Those people power a positive and lasting impact on the aviation community at large – specifically in technology, sustainability, advocacy and accessibility. There is a massive need for workforce development and policy revision, and I am incredibly proud and passionate to be part of these impactful initiatives,” DuBray says.
