Business aviation was a “happy accident” as he took an opportunity as a scheduler with one flight department and then another. Now Borsari adds value to the MassMutual flight department as its safety manager. He also took the company’s partnership with Corporate Angel Network to the next level, actively seeking opportunities to support the organization.
“In business aviation, I feel we have more of a direct impact on the people we’re serving compared to the airlines,” said Borsari. “Especially with a smaller department, I see my impact directly and see the value we bring to the company.”
