Noah Ruiz’s business aviation journey began with a fascination for small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS). As a technology enthusiast, he saw immense opportunities to innovate and make a significant impact. This led him to establish Skynetwest, now Soaring Eagle Technologies. The company, initially bootstrapped, became one of the first to secure FAA approval for commercial, non-geo-located, beyond visual line of sight operations. It has since grown into a nationwide service provider.
