Working with students pursuing business aviation careers opened his eyes to its impact. Today, through Stratus Financial, Martini helps finance the next generation of business aviation professionals. He always had a strong drive to build things that solve real problems. After seeing the financial challenges many aspiring pilots face, he co-founded Stratus Financial to bridge that gap. His current role grew naturally from combining his aviation background with a mission to make flight training more accessible.
“What excites me most about business aviation is how it enables people and companies to reach places and opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach,” Martini said. “It’s an industry built on efficiency, trust and high performance. The most rewarding part of my career is helping future pilots enter this space and watching them grow into successful aviation professionals.”
