Christian Schuster spent his formative high school years in Wichita, KS, renowned as the “Air Capital of the World.” Aviation has been a longstanding family pursuit, with his father having led Hawker Beechcraft/Raytheon Aircraft and his older brother serving as a pilot for Hawker jets. Following nearly a decade of supporting Special Missions Sales, Schuster transitioned into a Capabilities Development role in 2019. Subsequently, he was promoted and entrusted with the opportunity to lead a larger team within Mission Solutions, further expanding his professional scope.
