Cynthia Comer began her career at a large aviation company as an engineer, where she developed a strong foundation in the industry. She sought opportunities to advance her career path in certification at Gogo Business Aviation. Later, Comer joined Wisk, where she advanced in various certification roles and is now the vice president of safety management system, certification and quality. At Wisk, she appreciates the opportunity to work on products that have the potential to meaningfully improve people’s everyday lives by pioneering autonomy in aviation.
“What excites me the most about business aviation is the industry’s dynamic nature and breadth of scope,” said Comer. “Working at Wisk on autonomous air taxi technology – I’m particularly energized by the opportunity to create solutions that fundamentally improve people’s lives by maximizing the value of time. In the advanced air mobility space, we’re not just building aircraft, we’re reimagining how people think about transit and commute times.”
