Jamie Harder’s discovery of business aviation was completely organic. She stumbled into business aviation when her accounting firm took on Duncan Aviation as a new client. Harder joined the audit team for a one-week engagement, but the experience left a lasting impression that changed her career trajectory. Beginning as Duncan Aviation’s corporate controller, Harder gained a deep understanding of the company’s financial operations, which put her in position for her current role as chief financial officer.
“Business aviation is endlessly fascinating – from the precision of our work to the creativity in design,” Harder said. “But what I love most is the people.
