When Kelly Pryor joined the bizav community after working in the casino industry, her knowledge about business aviation was limited, but now, she’s hooked. The intensity, high standards and focus on people remind her of her background as an NCAA Division I athlete. Since joining Thrive Aviation, the company has more than doubled its fleet and staff. As one of two females on the company’s leadership team, Pryor is passionate about creating leadership opportunities for women and helping the next generation rise.
“Business aviation moves fast and demands precision, which challenges me to stay sharp and lead with intention,” Pryor said. “What I find most rewarding, though, is the broader impact – whether it’s building a culture where people feel valued and supported, mentoring future leaders or giving back to the community. There’s a massive opportunity within the industry over the next five to 10 years and I look forward to being on the forefront of it.”
