Lance Bagnoff began his civil aviation career in public safety and security at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel. He initially joined business aviation as a global aviation security manager with an international travel risk management company. In 2018, Bagnoff joined Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) as the security manager before transitioning to a project manager position and further expanding his airport management skills. He now serves the aviation community as the director of Allegheny County Airport (AGC), business aviation’s gateway into the Pittsburgh, PA-region. Although Bagnoff didn’t set out to have a career in business aviation, he says it would take a lot to send him back to commercial aviation.

“Business aviation is a really exciting industry and the people in business aviation make the industry,” said Bagnoff. “Business aviation connects the world and opens limitless opportunities for people worldwide.”
