In college, Rachel Douglass had the opportunity to intern at a Wichita-based advertising agency which primarily supported aviation clients. That internship later transitioned into her first post-college, full-time position. As she dove into the world of business aviation, she was hooked – the industry’s energy, innovation and community won her over. This experience sparked a passion for aviation that has continued to grow throughout her career. Douglass joined the Textron Inc. family in 2018 through Textron Aviation, where she honed her communications and community relations skills. In 2024, she transitioned to Textron eAviation, where she leads the company’s communications efforts and supports external affairs activations.
