Stephanie Alexander discovered business aviation while attending Western Michigan University, where she developed an interest in flight operations and management. Duncan Aviation stood out as a strong local presence, and she was excited to start her career by joining Duncan’s FBO in Battle Creek, MI, to learn the inner workings of the business. Alexander began at Duncan Aviation working at the flight desk, which led to a role as a customer care representative supporting project managers and building strong customer relationships. From there, she transitioned into scheduling in the airframe department and now is an assistant manager.
“What excites me most about business aviation is the fast-paced, ever-changing environment and the opportunity to work alongside skilled teams to deliver high-quality service,” Alexander said. “I’m passionate about promoting women in aviation and take pride in being part of a company that values family, growth and innovation. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, which makes my career both rewarding and fulfilling.”
