Updated March 23, 2020

To Our Partners, Exhibitors, Attendees and Participants at NBAA SDC2020,

During these challenging and unpredictable times, the safety and well-being of our community remain our top priorities.

We have just been informed that a person who attended the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference tested positive yesterday for the coronavirus (COVID-19). While it is difficult, if not impossible, to know when, where or how this individual was exposed, we felt it was important to share this information with all participants at the event.

You should review and follow the latest CDC guidance, available at www.cdc.gov/coronavirus, including learning about the symptoms of COVID-19 (www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html) and how to conduct a personal risk assessment (www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/risk-assessment.html). You may also discuss this information with your physician. Additionally, if you experience symptoms of COVID-19—including fever, coughing, or shortness of breath—or you otherwise feel ill, please contact your healthcare provider.

NBAA will post this notice on our website, nbaa.org/sdc2020-coronavirus, and will add updates if more information is made available to us.

If you have questions, please contact NBAA at sdc2020-coronavirus@nbaa.org, as any concern you may have is very important to us.

NBAA will continue to closely monitor this situation, as well as the broader, rapidly evolving coronavirus and public health response.
