Washington, DC, Jan. 9, 2025 – The 2025 NBAA Leadership Conference, taking place Jan. 27-29 in Amelia Island, FL, will feature three days of interactive sessions led by six acclaimed thought leaders who will share invaluable insights about effective communication, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and other skills that foster professional growth and development.
“NBAA’s Leadership Conference is one of the most important events the association produces in the calendar year,” said Jo Damato, CAM, NBAA senior vice president, events and professional engagement.

The session topics and presenters for this year’s conference, themed “Simplify Your Leadership,” include the following:

- Building a High-Performance, Last 8% Culture: Presenter Bill Benjamin is an emotional intelligence, performance and leadership expert.
- The Great Generational Shift – The Workforce is Changing, Ready for It?: Presenter Bruce Tulgan is a best-selling author and expert on workforce demographics.
- Radical Leadership: Presenter Craig Zablocki is a former teacher and nationally recognized speaker.
