In order to better serve members, NBAA has transitioned to a new, more secure, Salesforce-based member portal. All NBAA members will need to reset their NBAA website password.

Auto-generated email messages with the password reset instructions will begin being sent to members on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021, at 9 a.m. EST.

Will my old NBAA website password work?

No. The new Salesforce-based member portal requires each user to set a new password.

Can NBAA staff reset my password?

For enhanced security, NBAA staff cannot see user passwords or reset them for you.

What are the minimum password requirements?

All passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include alpha, numeric and special characters. You will also be asked to create a password question and answer that will be used to reset your password in the future.

A best practice is to use unique passwords for websites and not share them and NBAA encourages you to do so.

It is recommended that you use a password manager to securely store this information.

Will NBAA staff ask me for my password?

No. NBAA staff should never ask you to share your password and you should not share your password with anyone.

As the NBAA Member Representative, can I reset the password for my company’s employees?

No. For enhanced security, each user must set their own password through an email verification process.

What does the automated password reset email look like?

Below is a sample message. Each message will be personalized with the recipient’s name, email and link.

After resetting my password, I’m still not able to access some parts of the website?

New website passwords may not work immediately with the Business Aviation Jobs board or On-Demand Education system. These third-party applications will be available by Tuesday, Nov. 16.

Other members-only areas of NBAA.org should be available. If you are unable to access members-only content, please contact membership@nbaa.org or call 202-783-9000.
