If you’re planning to be a part of business aviation’s largest annual event – NBAA’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), Oct. 17 – 19 – you can still register early for the show, and you’ll find it easier to claim your badge when you arrive in Las Vegas.

Beginning the morning of Sunday, Oct. 15, attendees will be able to register and pick up badges before the event – not only at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and Henderson Executive Airport (HND), site of the show’s outdoor aircraft display – but also at new remote registration centers at the popular Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Resorts World, Encore and Westgate Las Vegas hotels.

At the LVCC, attendees who have not yet picked up a badge at one of the new hotel locations will still need to visit a new, dedicated registration hall before entering the show premises.

“These additional early registration opportunities will allow show attendees to avoid the lines and begin their NBAA-BACE experience earlier, more efficiently and much more smoothly,” said NBAA Senior Vice President, Events Laurie Lutz. “We encourage everyone attending NBAA-BACE to pick up their badge in advance at one of these new, convenient locations.”

Upon arriving at the show, everyone participating in NBAA-BACE will be required to present a registration badge and a government-issued photo ID before entering the LVCC show premises into the Grand Lobby separating the Central and North Exhibit Halls.

Attendees can expect bag searches at entry points as well. Similar procedures will be in place at HND.

“These single-point check-in locations enable us to not only enhance security, but to offer added convenience,” Lutz noted. “Unlike past years, in which attendees were required to show their badge every time they entered the exhibit halls, they will now find a much more streamlined experience.”

NBAA-BACE takes place Oct. 17-19 in Las Vegas, NV, Learn more about the world’s largest business aviation event at nbaa.org/2023.
