What is a YoPro?

YoPro is a term for a young professional (typically under the age of 40) who is currently working in business aviation or any professional entirely new to the industry. This group encompasses all young professionals at various stages of their careers who are committed to learning more about networking, professional growth and engaging with industry trends.

What is the YoPro Council?

NBAA’s YoPro Council is a select group of 30 dedicated volunteers from all areas of business aviation. The council works to unite and empower emerging leaders across the industry while representing the interests of young professionals in business aviation. The council focuses on creating programs, resources, networking, and professional development opportunities for young professionals, to help advance their careers and shape the future of business aviation.
