2024 NBAA PDP Course: Aviation Leadership

This two-day course teaches the fundamentals of leadership, providing the tools to become an effective leader in the aviation department and in the company as a whole.

This workshop builds on the topics of values-based leadership, leading with a vision and leadership for success. The course is interactive, allowing attendees to practice and develop the necessary skills. You will leave this course with tangible takeaways that will help you become a better leader.
