Indoor Exhibit Placement – Las Vegas Convention Center

Exhibitors that have submitted applications and full payments by March 1, 2024, will select their exhibit location in the Las Vegas Convention Center at assigned appointment times through the live priority placement process.

Each exhibitor will be assigned an appointment time for their exhibit space placement. At the assigned time, each exhibitor will join a Google Meet appointment and, while looking at the floor plan online, will work directly with members of the NBAA exhibits team to identify their optimal location, considering both the exhibitor’s requirements and available inventory.

NBAA assigns appointment times for this live placement process by first grouping exhibitors into priority categories using the criteria listed below. All exhibitors within each priority category will then be assigned appointment times ahead of the exhibitors in the next lower priority category. Except for 2023 NBAA-BACE sponsors and as noted below, appointment times for exhibitors within each priority category are determined by random draw.

Priority Categories for Indoor Exhibitors

To qualify for the priority placement, exhibitors must submit exhibit applications with full payments by the March 1, 2024, deadline.

NBAA-BACE Sponsors

2024 NBAA-BACE exhibitors in priority two, priority three and priority four, who were sponsors at 2023 NBAA-BACE with sponsorship spends of $3,500 or greater will be placed before other exhibitors within their respective priority category or subcategory.

Appointment Times for Priority One Exhibitors

Priority one exhibitors will be ordered and assigned appointment times based on the following criteria:

  • All original airframe manufacturers with an aircraft scheduled to be on display – either inside the Las Vegas Convention Center or at Henderson Executive Airport (HND) – will be ordered and assigned by indoor booth size and assigned appointment times by descending order ahead of other priority one exhibitors.
  • Other priority one exhibitors will be ordered and assigned appointment times by descending order of the number of indoor exhibit spaces reserved as of priority deadline.
  • Where two or more exhibitors have reserved the same number of spaces, exhibitors will be ordered and assigned appointment times by descending order of sponsorship spend at 2023 NBAA-BACE.
  • Exhibitors that have reserved the same number of spaces and had the same sponsorship spend at 2023 NBAA-BACE will be ordered and assigned appointment times by random draw.

Live Placement Process

Once priority status has been determined for all eligible exhibitors, each exhibitor will receive an email that includes the following:

  • The appointment time and meeting details for their live, online priority exhibit space placement
  • Link to list of priority placement results and appointment times for the priority placement process
  • Proxy form and instructions in the event an exhibitor is unable to call at their appointed time
  • Reminder of permissible booth configurations and hanging sign rules

At their assigned appointment time, each exhibitor will use the meeting information provided in the confirmation to discuss exhibit plans and space options with the NBAA exhibits team to make a space selection. As each exhibitor selects their exhibit space, the floor plan will be updated online in real time.

Following the priority exhibit space placement, each exhibitor will receive a booth confirmation email that includes their booth number and a link to the exhibitor resource center, marketing tools and more.

Exhibitors Submitting Applications After the Priority Deadline

Companies who submit applications and payments after the March 1, 2024, deadline will be placed in the order in which they are received after all priority-one through priority-four exhibitors have been placed. Exhibitors will be able to submit a proxy form to select their booth spaces.

Competitors

It is not NBAA’s policy to keep a record of any exhibitor’s identified competitor companies. Exhibitors are responsible for awareness of all companies in the immediate vicinity of their assigned space, both during and after their space assignment. NBAA will consider all exhibitor requests to relocate their own booth space and give all such requests equal priority. NBAA is unable to accommodate requests to relocate other exhibitors.

Aircraft Display Placement – Henderson Executive Airport

Due to limited ramp space at Henderson Executive Airport (HND), eligibility rules are in place for the assignment of booth space for exhibitors who submit applications and payments in full before the March 1, 2024, priority deadline.

  • NBAA reserves the right to limit the size of exhibits based on overall space availability.
  • Assignment of all exhibit space is at the sole discretion of show management.
  • Exhibitor locations will be based upon the overall size of the requested space, number of aircraft to be on display, size and orientation of chalets, required aircraft towing lanes, and airport operational considerations.
  • For efficient use of ramp space aisle locations, similar sized exhibits are routinely grouped together.
  • NBAA reserves the right to change the aircraft display layout or exhibitor location at any time, including prior to or during NBAA-BACE, if NBAA, in its sole discretion, determines that such change is in the best interest of the event.
  • NBAA makes every effort to accommodate each applicant’s preferred location. If all space preferences indicated by the applicant have been allocated, however, NBAA will assign the best available space.

If you have questions regarding the allocation of aircraft display exhibit space, contact exhibits@nbaa.org.
