NBAA’s 2024 Miami-Opa locka Regional Forum offers a variety of exhibit options for companies of all sizes. Review important information about exhibit pricing and deadlines.


Indoor Exhibits

Premium placement includes priority one exhibit space placement, allowing exhibitors to choose their preferred location prior to exhibitors selecting standard placement. The premium placement option is only available until Nov. 17, 2023.

Exhibit applications must be accompanied by payment in full. Exhibit applications are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation or reduction in space.

Each 5-foot by 10-foot and 10-foot by 10-foot booth space includes:

  • 8-foot high blue back drape
  • 3-foot high blue side rail
  • One 11-inch by 17-inch company identification sign
  • One 6-foot draped table with a blue skirt
  • Midnight blue booth carpet
  • One 500-watt electrical outlet
  • One waste basket
  • Two plastic side chairs

  • Tents are not permitted on the aircraft display. Exhibitors may use patio/market umbrellas next to their aircraft.
  • All aircraft on the aircraft display are required to arrive by Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024. Arrival times will be assigned by NBAA.
  • Aircraft will begin to depart after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024.
  • Ground power units and air-conditioning units can be obtained from AEM International. Note: AEM International will invoice exhibitors directly for these services.
  • Order forms for all third-party services will be included in the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Ground Equipment

Mobile service units, RVs, trailers and other equipment may be displayed at the aircraft display subject to approval by NBAA.

Additional exhibitor badges for booth staff or guests may be purchased for $60 each through the registration portal in the exhibitor dashboard.
