C. Daniel Prather, PhD, D.B.A., A.A.E., CAM is currently the airport manager of Riverside Municipal Airport (RAL). He is an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) and a Certified Aviation Manager (CAM).

He has served as Founding Chair of Aviation Science at California Baptist University (2012-2018), Associate Professor of Aerospace at Middle Tennessee State University (2006-2012) and Assistant Director of Operations at Tampa International Airport (TPA) (1998-2006).

Dr. Prather is an internationally-known speaker, trainer, researcher, author, and educator. He holds a doctorate in educational leadership, a doctor of business administration, a master of public administration, a master of business administration, and a bachelor of commercial aviation degree.

He is an instrument-rated, private pilot (SEL) and the author of two college-level textbooks: Airport Management and FBO Management, both published by ASA. He is actively involved in supporting NBAA Six Months to CAM program each year.

In his spare time, he enjoys working on classic cars, driving his Corvettes, gardening, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
